How to register?
Go to Registration and key in all the information required to register for a free account. Thereafter, please check your email for the link to activate your account. Without activating your account, you will not be able to login to the website.
So once I register, what can I do?
You can access to all the services provided - Directory, Forum and Events Listing. For now, the events listing access is only provided to members who request for an access. If you are running events, please request for an access by contacting us.
What are the member points for?
We give you points for our future redemption program. So keep a lookout at our members login for announcements.
How do I check the points?
Go to Members > Points to check your total points
How do I earn more points?
(1) Refer new members to our site using our Refer-A-Friend (go to Members > Refer-A-Friend)
(2) Post in the forum
(3) Reply to post in the forum
How do I edit my information?
First you need to login, then go to Members > Edit Profile

Where do I post a Business Listing?
a. Login using your Username and Password
b. Go to Directory and click on the category of choice
c. Select the most suitable sub-category and click on "Add Listing"
d. Key in all the information required in the business listing form and submit
Can I edit the Business Listing?
Of course! Go back to your business listing, click on it to open the full view and click on "Edit". Save the information once you've finished editing.
Can I include images in the Business Listing?
Yes, you can upload the images when you are keying in the business listing.
Can I include attachments in the Business Listing?
Yes, you can upload the attachment (only one) when you are keying in the business listing

Is there a limit as to how many times I can edit the Business Listing?
There is no limit. You can edit as often as you wish.
When I key in my address and press on "Locate", the map is not able to identify the location.
The website rely on Google Map to map the addresses, thus there is a probability that your address is not identifiable. If you face this issue and need help, please contact us.
Is the Business Listing really free?
Yes, it is free to post business listing.
How do you make money?
We charge when you require our professional services - advertisement and designing. If you require such services, please contact us.
Who can see the directory?
The directory is open to everyone.
There is no category that suits my business!
No problem, just contact us and tell us what category you'd like us to add. We are more than happy to create new categories for you. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond, though we will try our best to respond soonest possible.
Can I put promotions/advertisements in my Business Listings?
Of course you can! The business listing is supposed to help bring more business to you.
What information is viewable?
All information you key into the system is viewable, thus please do not enter information that is private and confidential.
FORUM
Why I can't post anything?
You can only post if you are logged in. If you are not a member, please register a free account.
Who moderates the forum?
At the moment, the web administrator moderates the forum.
Is there possibility of you appointing outsider moderator?
Yes, we are open to the possibility of appointing active forumners as moderators. If you are keen to be a moderator for your favourite column, please drop a note in the "Announcement" portion of the forum.
How do I provide feedback?
You can post in the "Announcement" portion of the forum to alert us or you can contact us for a private message.
Can I post advertisements in the forum?
We do not restrict subtle advertisements in the forum. However, blatant advertisements will be given warning to be amended.
EVENTS LIST
I can't edit anything even though I'm a member.
At this moment, events can only be edited by members who are given special access to the events column. If you are an event organizer or you run events or trainings, please contact us for an access. We are more than happy to provide a free access to you.
My venue is not available.
You can add the venue by going to Events > Add Venue. Key in all the details and save the information.
How do I add an event?
Just go to Events > Add Event . Of course, you need to have access to do so.
