Rest assure our service does not end at the point of delivery. Nothing pleases us more than having happy and satisfied customers. Just to be sure of that, we have a return policy for you just in case.

TheStreetMall will accept ANY returns with the following conditions:

•     Toys must be returned within 7 days.
•     Toys must be in good conditions and still in its original packaging.
•     For Online Payment, shoppers will bear the 10% fees of restocking the toys. For example, the toys costs MYR 100, you will   receive a refund of MYR 90.
•     For PayPal Payment, shoppers will bear the 15% fees of restocking the toys. For example, the toys costs MYR 100, you will receive a refund of MYR 85.
•     CASH will not be refunded. Refund will be in the form of coupons.
•     Coupons may be accumulated and used to purchase ANY toys or the same toy available in TheStreetMall
•     Coupon’s validity will  be for 1(ONE)  month from issue date.
•     Shopper will bear the return postage costs.

Note: We advise that shoppers use registered mail for tracking purposes. We are unable to take responsibility on lost packages.
